It is super cute, but I hate to break the bad news to you. The reason she gets like that is because she can't breathe when you do it. Babies don't breathe through their mouth and nose - it's just their nose. It's not until they're usually between 3-5 months that they learn how to go through their mouth.
Personally I wouldn't worry about and to be honest, I would still do it if it is a fun moment for you two. Keira was obviously trying to smile. People stop breathing for longer between breaths. If we worried about everything, we would raise our kids in a bubble.
